Delete your account

Effective date: October 16, 2026

You can delete your PropRunner account at any time. Deletion takes effect immediately.

In the iPhone or Android app

  • Open PropRunner and sign in.
  • Go to the Profile tab.
  • Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

By email

Email support@proprunners.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, bio, real estate license number and location are removed, your password is disabled, you are signed out of every device, and notifications to your devices stop.

What is kept

Records of past jobs, payments and payouts are kept, without your contact details, because we are required to keep them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Payments and payouts are also recorded by Stripe under its own policies.

Before you delete

An account can't be deleted while one of its jobs is still active (for example a job that is booked, in progress or awaiting approval). Finish or cancel those jobs first, or contact support for help.
